2020 Winter Series- Position Specific Training 

Winter Series

The Winter Series program offers players at all skill levels the opportunity to get quality reps along with advanced content from our PBT Coaching staff. Each week we will progress into new concepts and cover position-specific material. Our workouts are strategically outlined to ensure each player is receiving a sufficient amount of reps at their position of focus. The Winter Training Series is designed to prepare each player for their upcoming spring season.


Winter Series Position-Specific Training Ages 13-18

Athletes between the ages of 13-18 can select a 90-minute position-specific program over the course of 8 weeks.  Players have the option to register for multiple sessions.


Hitting- Wednesdays 6:00-7:30PM or Thursdays 6:00-7:30PM

- Swing evaluation utilizing video analysis and the Hittrax system to capture key metrics.

- Axe Bat - Bat Speed Program

- Bi-weekly swing evaluations


Pitching- Thursdays 7:30-9:00PM

- Throwing program and live bullpens

- Strength and conditioning program (Arm Care)

- Use of the driveline weighted ball system


Catching- Thursdays 7:30-9:00PM

- Throwing, blocking and receiving fundamentals

- Game Management skills

- Catch live bullpens


Infield- Wednesdays 7:30-9:00PM

- Throwing, blocking and receiving fundamentals

- Game Management skills

- Catch live bullpens
